Diwygio Rheoliadau

2.—(1) Mae Rheoliadau Addysg (Cyraeddiadau Disgyblion Unigol) (Gwybodaeth) (Cymru) 1997(1) yn cael eu diwygio fel a ganlyn.

(2) Yn rheoliad 2(1), yn lle diffiniadau “NC tests” (yn y ddau le) ac “NC tasks” rhowch—

  • ““NC tests” and “NC tasks” mean, respectively, National Curriculum tests and National Curriculum tasks administered to pupils in accordance with the statutory arrangements;”.

(3) Yn rheoliad 3(11) hepgorwch “first”.

(4) Yn rheoliad 7(2)(a)(ii) hepgorwch “grant-maintained school, a grant-maintained special school or a”.

(5) Yn Atodlen 1, yn lle is-baragraff (2) o baragraff 1 rhowch—

  • “The results of teacher assessment of the pupil’s level in the attainment targets in English entitled ‘Speaking and Listening’, ‘Reading’ and ‘Writing’, and in the attainment targets in Welsh entitled ‘Oral (Speaking, Viewing and Listening)’, ‘Reading’ and ‘Writing’.”.

(6) Yn Atodlen 2, yn is-baragraff (2) o baragraff 1 hepgorwch y geiriau o “and by NC tests” i ddiwedd yr is-baragraff hwnnw, a hepgorwch y cyfan o is-baragraff (5) o'r paragraff hwnnw.

(7) Yn Atodlen 3, yn is-baragraff (1) o baragraff 1 yn lle “Welsh Office” rhowch “National Assembly for Wales”.

(8) Yn Atodlen 3, yn is-baragraff (2) o baragraff 1 yn lle “shown (in every case) both as determined by teacher assessment and by NC tests”, rhowch “as determined by teacher assessment”, a hepgorwch is-baragraff (5) o'r paragraff hwnnw.
