Title, commencement and application
1.—(1) This Order is called the Lobsters and Crawfish (Prohibition of Fishing and Landing) (Wales) Order 2002 and comes into force on 1st April 2002.
(2) This Order applies in relation to Wales (as defined in section 155(1) of the Government of Wales Act 1998(1) only.
