24. Yn adran 21 o Ddeddf 1989(1))—
(a)yn is-adran (3), ar ôl y diffiniad o “contravention”, mewnosodwch—
““council manager”, “executive”, “executive arrangements” and “mayor and council manager executive” have the same meaning as in Part II of the Local Government Act 2000;”; and
(b)yn is-adran (4), ar ôl “or otherwise)”, mewnosodwch “or a member of any exeutive of the authority (other than a council manager)”.
