38. In regulation 4 of the Council Tax (Administration and Enforcement) Regulations 1992(1) (information from public bodies), sub-paragraph (a) of paragraph (3), after “by a committee”, there shall be inserted “, any executive (within the meaning of Part II of the Local Government Act 2000), a committee of any executive or a member of any executive,”.
