9. Yn is-adran (1) o adran 270 o Ddeddf 1972(1) (darpariaethau cyffredinol ynghylch dehongli), ar ôl “that is to say —” mewnosodwch—
““alternative arrangements” has the same meaning as in Part II of the Local Government Act 2000;”.
