The Producer Responsibility Obligations (Packaging Waste) (Amendment) (Wales) Regulations 2002

The National Assembly for Wales, in exercise of the powers conferred on the Secretary of State by sections 93 and 94(1)(c) of the Environment Act 19951 and now exercisable by the National Assembly2, after consultation in accordance with section 93(2) of that Act, and having regard to the matters specified in section 93(6) of that Act as required by section 93(5) of that Act, hereby makes the following Regulations:
