Schedule 2 AMENDMENTS TO THE COUNTRYSIDE ACCESS (APPEALS PROCEDURES) (WALES) REGULATIONS 2002

1.  In regulation 2(1), add to the definition of “appeal”, after “Act”:

“or a reference under section 29(2) of the Act.”
