The National Assembly for Wales, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 16BA, subsections (1), (2) and (3) and 126(4) of the National Health Service Act 19771, and Schedule 5B, paragraphs 1 and 2 to that Act, which are exercisable by it in relation to Wales 2, makes the following Order—
