Cofnodion i'w cadw ar gyfer llwythi o gompost neu weddill traul

38.—(1) Yn ddarostyngedig i baragraff (2), rhaid i feddiannydd safle y mae anifeiliaid cnoi cil, moch neu ddofednod yn cael eu cadw arno gofnodi —

(a)y dyddiad y daethpwyd â'r compost neu'r gweddill traul i'r safle hwnnw;

(b)maint a disgrifiad o'r compost neu'r gweddill traul;

(c)y tir y dodwyd y compost neu'r gweddill traul arno;

(ch)dyddiad ei ddodi; a

(d)y dyddiad pan roddwyd y tir dan gnwd gyntaf neu'r dyddiad y caniatawyd i anifeiliaid cnoi cil, moch neu ddofednod fynd ar y tir, p'un bynnag yw'r cynharaf;

a bydd methu â gwneud hynny yn dramgwydd.

(2) Ni fydd y gofyniad ym mharagraff (1) i gadw cofnodion yn gymwys yn achos unrhyw gyflenwad o gompost neu weddill traul sydd i'w ddefnyddio ar unrhyw safle a ddefnyddir fel annedd yn unig.
