Safleoedd a gymeradwywyd
11.—(1) Rhaid i safleoedd a gymeradwywyd fod wedi'u hadeiladu yn y fath fodd ag i sicrhau eu bod yn hawdd i'w glanhau a'u diheintio.
(2) Rhaid i bersonau ac anifeiliaid heb awdurdod beidio â chael mynd i'r safle.
(3) Rhaid bod gan y safle gyfleusterau digonol ar gyfer glanhau a diheintio'r cynwysyddion neu'r llestri y mae'r olew coginio defnyddiedig yn cael ei dderbyn ynddynt ac, os yw'n briodol, y cerbydau y mae'n cael ei gludo ynddynt.
(4) Rhaid bod gan y safle doiledau a chyfleusterau ymolchi digonol i'r staff.
(5) Rhaid bod gan y safle le dan orchudd, sydd wedi'i farcio'n glir, i dderbyn olew coginio defnyddiedig.
(6) Os yw'n briodol, rhaid bod gan y safle fan storio ar wahân ar gyfer unrhyw olew coginio defnyddiedig nad yw'n addas i'w ddefnyddio mewn bwyd anifeiliaid.
(7) Rhaid selio tanciau ag awyrellau sydd wedi'u lleoli a'u sgrinio mewn ffordd sy'n atal halogion neu blâu rhag mynd i mewn iddynt.
(8) Rhaid selio pibellau pan nad ydynt yn cael eu defnyddio.
