Ethol i swydd
7.—(1) Yng nghyfarfod cyntaf y fforwm a phob cyfarfod y cyfeirir ato ym mharagraff (2) rhaid i'r aelodau craidd ethol cadeirydd ac is-gadeirydd.
(2) Mae'r cadeirydd a'r is-gadeirydd i ddal eu swyddi tan y cyfarfod nesaf ar ôl y dyddiad sydd flwyddyn ar ôl y cyfarfod pan etholwyd y cadeirydd neu'r is-gadeirydd, a phan beidiant â dal swydd maent i fod yn gymwys i gael eu hailethol.
(3) Os daw swydd cadeirydd neu is-gadeirydd yn wag yn achlysurol rhaid i'r aelodau craidd yn eu cyfarfod nesaf ethol un o'u haelodau i lenwi'r swydd wag honno a mae'r aelod a etholir i ddal y swydd tan ddyddiad y cyfarfod y byddai'r cadeirydd neu is-gadeirydd wedi peidio â'i dal pe na bai'r swydd wedi dod yn wag.
(4) Rhaid i gadeirydd neu is-gadeirydd beidio â dal swydd os yw'n ymddiswyddo drwy hysbysiad ysgrifenedig a roddir i'r ysgrifennydd.
(5) Caiff swydd cadeirydd ac is-gadeirydd eu dal gan berson a allai fod yn aelod o'r fforwm neu beidio.
