Rheoliad 2(2)(b)

ATODLEN 3CYNHWYSION YCHWANEGOL A GANIATEIR MEWN CYNHYRCHION DYNODEDIG PENODOL

1.  Ceir ychwanegu fitaminau a mwynau at unrhyw gynnyrch dynodedig.

2.  Mewn sudd grawnwin ceir adfer halwynau o asidau tartarig.

3.  At sudd ffrwythau, sudd ffrwythau dwysedig, sudd ffrwythau o ddwysfwyd, a sudd ffrwythau dadhydradedig neu bowdr, heblaw unrhyw sudd ffrwythau a baratowyd o rawnwin neu ellyg, ceir ychwanegu siwgrau —

(a)at ddibenion rheoleiddio blas asidig, mewn swm (a fynegir fel mater sych) nad yw'n fwy na 15g y litr o sudd;

(b)at ddibenion melysu, mewn swm (a fynegir fel mater sych) nad yw'n fwy na 150g y litr o sudd;

nid yw cyfanswm y siwgrau a ychwanegir felly at y naill ddiben neu'r llall i fod yn fwy na 150g y litr o sudd.

4.  Mewn unrhyw gynnyrch dynodedig, at ddibenion rheoleiddio blas asidig, ceir ychwanegu —

(a)sudd lemon, neu

(b)sudd lemon dwysedig, neu

(c)sudd lemon a sudd lemon dwysedig ill dau,

(a fynegir fel asid sitrig anhydrus), nid yw cyfanswm y sudd hwnnw a ychwanegir i fod yn fwy na 3g y litr o'r cynnyrch.

5.  Mewn unrhyw gynnyrch dynodedig, ceir ychwanegu deuocsid carbon.

6.  Mewn unrhyw gynnyrch dynodedig, ceir ychwanegu unrhyw sylwedd a ganiateir yn unol â Chyfarwyddeb y Cyngor 89/107/EEC ar gyd-ddynesiad cyfreithiau sy'n ymwneud ag ychwanegion bwyd yr awdurdodir eu defnyddio mewn bwydydd y bwriedir iddynt gael eu bwyta gan bobl(1).
