Revocation
3.—(1) Regulations 2, 3 and 5 of, and Schedule 2 to, the Financing of Maintained Schools Regulations 1999(1) are (to the extent to which they would have remained in force by virtue of the Interpretation Act 1978(2)) revoked on 1st April 2004.
(2) But those regulations and that Schedule shall continue to apply for the purpose of the financing of maintained schools in any financial year ending before 1st April 2004.
