Citation, commencement and application1.

These Regulations may be cited as the Producer Responsibility Obligations (Packaging Waste) (Amendment) (Wales) Regulations 2003 and come into force on 1st January 2004.

These Regulations apply to Wales.
Interpretation2.
In these Regulations “the 1997 Regulations” (“Rheoliadau 1997”) means the Producer Responsibility Obligations (Packaging Waste) Regulations 19974.
Amendment of the 1997 Regulations3.
The 1997 Regulations, are amended, in relation to Wales, in accordance with the Schedule.
