Parth ymchwilio moch fferal
13.—(1) Os oes gan Gynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru reswm i gredu bod y clefyd yn bresennol ymhlith moch fferal yng Nghymru neu os oes parth archwilio moch fferal wedi cael ei sefydlu yn Lloegr sy'n cyffwrdd â ffin Cymru, rhaid i Gynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru, drwy Orchymyn datganiadol, sefydlu parth ymchwilio moch fferal yng Nghymru y mae darpariaethau paragraff (3) yn gymwys iddo.
(2) Rhaid i'r parth ymchwilio moch fferal gwmpasu'r ardal sydd, ym marn Cynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru, ei hangen er mwyn ei alluogi i wneud archwiliad i gadarnhau bod y clefyd yn bresennol neu'n absennol.
(3) Rhaid i unrhyw berson sy'n saethu moch fferal neu sy'n cael hyd i garcas moch fferal mewn ardal ymchwilio moch fferal roi gwybod i'r Rheolwr Milfeddygol Rhanbarthol. Os yw'r person wedi saethu'r mochyn, rhaid iddo gadw'r carcas am 24 awr a sicrhau ei fod ar gael i'r Rheolwr Milfeddygol Rhanbarthol ar gyfer unrhyw samplu neu brofion sydd, ym marn y Rheolwr Milfeddygol Rhanbarthol, yn briodol.
