Camau i'w cymryd o ran daliadau y mae'n bosib y cafodd y clefyd ei drosglwyddo iddynt neu ohonynt
9.—(1) Os, yn sgil ymchwiliad i epidemioleg y clefyd ar ddaliad, y mae arolygydd milfeddygol o'r farn bod y clefyd sydd ar ddaliad sydd wedi ei heintio neu ddaliad a amheuir efallai wedi cael ei drosglwyddo i safle arall, neu ohono, caiff gyflwyno hysbysiad o dan erthygl 5 i feddiannydd y safle arall hwnnw.
(2) Os yw'r clefyd wedi ei ganfod ar anifeiliaid mewn lladd-dy, mewn abwyfa neu ar gyfrwng cludo, caiff arolygydd milfeddygol gyflwyno hysbysiad o dan erthygl 5 i feddiannydd unrhyw safle y mae'r anifeiliaid neu garcasau heintiedig sydd yn y lladd-dy hwnnw, yr abwyfa honno neu'r cyfrwng cludo hwnnw wedi dod ohono yn uniongyrchol neu'n anuniongyrchol o fewn y 56 diwrnod blaenorol neu, yn achos cyfrwng cludo, unrhyw safle y mae'r cyfwng cludo hwnnw wedi teithio iddo ers hynny.
