Regulation 8A of the principal Regulations (reimbursement of payments made in respect of relevant travelling expenses) is amended in accordance with the following provisions of this regulation.

For the opening words “Where a District Health Authority” substitute “Where a local health board”.

For the words “District Health Authority in whose district that person resides” substitute “local health board in whose area that person resides”.
