Diwygir rheoliad 5A o'r prif Reoliadau (talu treuliau teithio) yn unol â darpariaethau canlynol y rheoliad hwn.
(2)
Ar ddechrau rheoliad 5A ar ôl y geiriau “made under regulation 3(1)” mewnosodir “, 3A”.

Yn lle paragraff (a) rhoddir y paragraff isod—
“(a)
in a case where the travelling expenses are incurred or to be incurred by a person in attending a hospital or any other place which is managed by an NHS trust or a local health board, by that NHS trust or that local health board;”.
(4)
Ar ôl paragraff (a) mewnosodir y paragraff canlynol—
“(aa)
in a case falling within regulations 3(3)(d) or 3A, by the health service body which made the arrangements referred to in those provisions;”.
