In the National Health Service (General Dental Services) Regulations 1992100, in regulation 2 (interpretation)101—

(a)

in the definition of “Local Dental Committee” omit “Local Medical Committee”; and

(b)

after the definition of “locality” insert—
““Local Medical Committee” means a committee recognised by the Primary Care Trust under section 45A of the Act102;”.
