Disgyblion yn y cyfnod allweddol cyntaf
1.—(1) At ddibenion y paragraff hwn mae cyfeiriadau at ddisgyblion cofrestredig yn gyfeiriadau at ddisgyblion cofrestredig yn yr ysgol ar y dyddiad sydd bythefnos o flaen diwrnod ysgol olaf tymor yr haf.
(2) Canrannau'r disgyblion cofrestredig yn y cyfnod allweddol cyntaf a gyflawnodd bob un o'r lefelau cyrhaeddiad ym mhynciau'r Gymraeg neu Saesneg, mathemateg a gwyddoniaeth, fel y penderfynwyd yn ôl asesiad athrawon.
(3) Canrannau'r disgyblion cofrestredig yn y cyfnod allweddol cyntaf sy'n gweithio tuag at lefel 1 ym mhob un o'r pynciau fel y penderfynwyd arnynt felly.
(4) Canrannau'r disgyblion cofrestredig yn y cyfnod allweddol cyntaf sy'n esempt o bob un o'r pynciau y cyfeirir atynt yn is-baragraff (2).
