RHAN 4Cyflenwadau Arlwyo ar Gyfrwng Cludo
Gwaredu cyflenwadau arlwyo na ddefnyddiwyd mohonynt
29.—(1) Ni fydd Rhan 3 yn gymwys i gynhyrchion sy'n cael eu cyflwyno i Gymru o gyfryngau cludo sy'n gweithredu'n rhyngwladol a'r rheini'n gynhyrchion a oedd wedi'u bwriadu i'w bwyta gan griw neu deithwyr y cyfrwng cludo hwnnw.
(2) Rhaid i unrhyw berson sy'n meddu ar gynnyrch y cyfeiriwyd ato ym mharagraff (1) neu sy'n ei reoli gydymffurfio ag Erthygl 4(2) a (3) o Reoliad (EC) Rhif 1774/2002.
(3) Pan fydd eitemau sydd wedi bod mewn cyffyrddiad â chynhyrchion o'r fath, megis deunydd pacio, neu gytleri neu blatiau tafladwy, yn cael eu dadlwytho o'r cyfrwng cludo er mwyn eu gwaredu, rhaid ymdrin â hwy yn yr un ffordd â'r cynhyrchion eu hunain.
