36. Pan fydd—
(a)hysbysiad o gyflwyno cynnyrch wedi'i roi yn unol â rheoliad 17; a
(b)yr hysbysiad hwnnw yn pennu Aelod-wladwriaeth ac eithrio'r Deyrnas Unedig yn gyrchwlad; ac
(c)tystysgrif cliriad milfeddygol wedi'i dyroddi ar gyfer y cynnyrch hwnnw, yn awdurdodi ei fewnforio—
(i)i mewn i'r Aelod-wladwriaeth honno neu ardal benodol ohoni yn unol â gofynion penodol, neu
(ii)at ddibenion penodol yn unol ag amodau,
a bod y gofynion neu'r amodau hynny wedi'u gosod ar gyfer cynhyrchion sy'n cael eu mewnforio i mewn i'r Aelod-wladwriaeth neu'r ardal benodol honno, neu ar gyfer cynhyrchion sy'n cael eu mewnforio at y dibenion penodol hynny, mewn unrhyw gyfarwyddeb, penderfyniad neu reoliad a restrir yn Atodlen 2,
