67.—(1) The Importation of Animal Products and Poultry Products Order 1980(1) will not apply to products to which these Regulations apply, except the products referred to in regulation 3(3).
(2) The following will not apply to products to which these Regulations apply—
(a)The Imported Food Regulations 1984(2); and
(b)regulations 2, 3 to 8, 28 to 39, 40(1), Schedule 4 and Part I of Schedule 5 of the Products of Animal Origin (Import and Export) Regulations 1996(3).
