These Regulations may be cited as the National Health Service (Charges to Overseas Visitors) (Amendment) (Wales) Regulations 2004 and shall come into force on 31st May 2004.

These Regulations apply to Wales.

In these Regulations “the principal Regulations” (“y prif Reoliadau”) means the National Health Service (Charges to Overseas Visitors) Regulations 19892.
