Cymhwyso
3.—(1) Mae'r Rheoliadau hyn yn gymwys i gynllun neu raglen sy'n ymwneud yn unig â Chymru gyfan neu unrhyw ran ohoni.
(2) At ddibenion y Rheoliadau hyn, mae i “Cymru” yr ystyr a roddir i “Wales” gan adran 155 o Ddeddf Llywodraeth Cymru 1998 ac unrhyw orchmynion o dan baragraff (2) o'r adran honno(1).
(3) At ddibenion y rheoliad hwn, mae dyfroedd tiriogaethol y Deyrnas Unedig sy'n gyfagos â Chymru i'w trin fel rhan o Gymru; ac mae cyfeiriadau at Gymru i'w dehongli fel pe baent yn cynnwys y dyfroedd tiriogaethol cyfagos.
(4) At ddibenion paragraff (3), mae dyfroedd tiriogaethol yn cynnwys unrhyw ddyfroedd tua'r tir o'r ffiniau y mesurir lled y môr tiriogaethol ohonynt.
