Citation, commencement, interpretation and application

1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Children (Leaving Care) (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2004.

(2) These Regulations come into force on 23 July 2004.

(3) In these Regulations “the Principal Regulations” (“y Prif Reoliadau”) means the Children (Leaving Care)(Wales) Regulations 2001(1).

(4) These Regulations apply to Wales only.
