Pan fo'r pŵer i gymryd samplau a roddwyd gan erthygl 25(1)(a) o'r Gorchymyn yn cael ei arfer gan archwilydd mewn perthynas â thatws sy'n tarddu o'r Aifft er mwyn darganfod, at ddibenion paragraff 3 o'r Atodiad i'r Penderfyniad, a yw'r tatws hynny wedi'u heintio â Ralstonia solanacearum (Smith) Yabuuchi et al., rhaid i'r mewnforiwr, os gofynnir iddo wneud hynny, dalu i Gynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru, ffi o £37.50 am bob eitem a samplwyd.
