10. Wrth benderfynu cyfrannau cyllideb ar gyfer —
(a)ysgolion arbennig;
(b)ysgolion cynradd neu uwchradd gyda lleoedd y mae'r awdurdod yn cydnabod eu bod wedi'u cadw ar gyfer plant ag anghenion addysgol arbennig;
(c)ysgolion cynradd gyda lleoedd y mae'r awdurdod yn cydnabod eu bod wedi'u cadw ar gyfer plant mewn dosbarth meithrin; neu
(ch)ysgolion meithrin a gynhelir,
caiff awdurdod addysg lleol gymryd i ystyriaeth yn ei fformwla nifer y lleoedd y mae'n dymuno eu hariannu yn yr ysgolion arbennig hynny, yn achos paragraff (a), neu nifer y lleoedd ar gyfer plant ag anghenion addysgol arbennig yn achos paragraffau (b), (c) ac (ch) ac ym mhob achos caiff gymryd i ystyriaeth yr anghenion addysgol arbennig o dan sylw.
