Cyllid ar gyfer disgyblion dros oedran ysgol gorfodol
14.—(1) Yn ddarostyngedig i reoliad 16 (Addasiadau i gyfrannau cyllideb), rhaid i'r gyfran o'r gyllideb am flwyddyn ariannol ar gyfer ysgol uwchradd neu ysgol arbennig sy'n darparu addysg sy'n addas ar gyfer anghenion personau dros oedran ysgol gorfodol gynnwys swm ('y Swm') ar gyfer disyblion yr ysgol honno sydd dros yr oedran ysgol gorfodol.
(2) Rhaid i'r Swm gynnwys, ar sail net —
(a)dyraniad gan yr awdurdod addysg lleol ar gyfer darpariaeth yr ysgol honno i ddisgyblion dros oedran ysgol gorfodol am y flwyddyn ariannol o dan sylw yn unol ag amodau'r grant sy'n daladwy i'r awdurdod addysg lleol gan y Cyngor Cenedlaethol o dan adran 36 o Ddeddf 2000 (“y Grant”);
(b)unrhyw swm y mae'r awdurdod addysg lleol yn ei ddarparu ar gyfer addysg disgyblion dros oedran addysg gorfodol.
(3) I'r graddau nad yw'r Swm yn ddarostyngedig i'r amodau yn y Grant, rhaid i awdurdod addysg lleol, wrth benderfynu cyfrannau cyllideb ddefnyddio ffactor sy'n dyrannu cyllid ar gyfer disgyblion dros oedran addysg gorfodol.
