13.  In question 3.29 —

(a) in the appropriate places insert —

• “Child Tax Credit £ ... ... ... ... £ ... ... ... ...”; and

• “Working Tax Credit £ ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... £; ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ...”;

(b) omit the entry in respect of disabled person’s tax credit; and

(c) after “Statutory maternity pay” insert “paternity pay or adoption pay”.
