In regulation 23 (food which is not prepacked and similar food, and fancy confectionery products) after paragraph (2) insert the following paragraph —

Food falling within paragraph (1)(a) or (1)(c) of this regulation need not be marked or labelled with any of the particulars specified in regulation 34B.
