Gofynion cyffredinol o ran gweithgynhyrchu a chyfansoddiad
5.—(1) Rhaid peidio â gweithgynhyrchu unrhyw fwyd proses sydd wedi'i seilio ar rawn nac unrhyw fwyd babanod o unrhyw gyfansoddyn ac eithrio'r rhai y mae eu haddasrwydd sydd i'w defnyddio at ddiben maethol penodol gan fabanod a phlant ifanc wedi'i gadarnhau drwy ddata gwyddonol sydd wedi'u derbyn yn gyffredinol.
(2) Rhaid i unrhyw fwyd proses sydd wedi'i seilio ar rawn neu unrhyw fwyd babanod beidio â chynnwys cymaint o unrhyw sylwedd ag i beryglu iechyd babanod neu blant ifanc.
(3) Rhaid i gyfansoddiad bwyd proses sydd wedi'i seilio ar rawn gydymffurfio â'r meini prawf a bennir yn Rhan II o Atodlen 1 o'i darllen ynghyd ag Atodlen 2.
(4) Rhaid i gyfansoddiad bwyd babanod gydymffurfio â'r meini prawf a bennir yn Atodlen 3.
