Use of electronic communications for appeals against listed building enforcement notices
7. In section 39 of the Listed Buildings Act(1) (appeal against listed building enforcement notices), in subsection (2), repeal “either” and, at the end, add—
“; or
(c)by sending such notice to him using electronic communications at such time that, in the ordinary course of transmission, it would be delivered to him before that date.”.
