Where the contractor provides essential services under the contract to persons on the grounds that they are pupils at or staff or residents of a school, the Local Health Board shall remove from the contractor’s list of persons any such patients who do not appear on particulars of persons who are pupils at or staff or residents of that school provided by that school.

Where the Local Health Board has made a request to a school to provide the particulars mentioned in sub-paragraph (1) and has not received them, it shall consult the contractor as to whether it should remove from its list of patients any persons appearing on that list as pupils at, or staff or residents of that school.

The Local Health Board shall notify the contractor in writing of patients removed from its list of patients under sub-paragraph (1).
