Subject to paragraph (2), the Leasehold Valuation Tribunals (Fees) Order 19973 is hereby revoked in relation to Wales.

The revocation in paragraph (1) shall not have effect in relation to any application made, or proceedings transferred by a county court, to a leasehold valuation tribunal before 31st March 2004 in respect of premises in Wales.
