The National Assembly for Wales, in exercise of the powers vested in it under section 35(5) of the Landlord and Tenant Act 19871 and Schedule 12 to the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 20022,and after consultation with the Council on Tribunals, hereby makes the following Regulations:
