THE SCHEDULE
A company which, by virtue of an appointment under section 6 of the Water Industry Act 1991(1) or by virtue of a variation of such an appointment under section 7 of that Act, is the water undertaker or the sewerage undertaker, or both, for the whole or any part of Wales.
