4. Yn y Gorchymyn hwn :—
(1) Mae pob mesur o bellter wedi'i fesur ar hyd llwybr y briffordd berthnasol;
(2) ystyr “y gefnffordd” (“the trunk road”) yw Cefnffordd Llundain — Abergwaun (A40);
ystyr “y gefnffordd newydd” (“the new trunk road”) yw'r briffordd a grybwyllir yn Erthygl 1 o'r Gorchymyn hwn;
ystyr “y plan a adneuwyd” (“the deposited plan”) yw'r plan a rifwyd HA10/2 NAFW 4 ac a farciwyd Gorchymyn Cefnffordd Llundain — Abergwaun (A40) (Gwelliant Heol Draw) 2004 a lofnodwyd drwy awdurdod y Gweinidog dros Ddatbygu Economaidd a Thrafnidiaeth a'i adneuo yn Uned Storio ac Adfer Cofnodion (RSRU) Cynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru, Neptune Point, Ocean Way, Caerdydd.
