Swyddogaethau'r swyddog cyfrif, a chymorth i swyddogion cyfrif
11.—(1) Caiff y swyddogaethau a gyflwynir gan y Rheoliadau hyn i'r swyddog cyfrif eu harfer ym mhob ardal bleidleisio gan y sawl sydd am y tro'n swyddog canlyniadau yn etholiadau'r cynghorwyr yn yr ardal honno dan isadran (1A)(a) o adran 35 (swyddog canlyniadau: etholiadau lleol) o Ddeddf 1983.
(2) Mae dyletswydd cyffredinol ar y swyddog cyfrif yn y refferendwm i gyflawni pob gweithred a phob peth a fo'n angenrheidiol ar gyfer cynnal y refferendwm mewn modd effeithlon yn unol â'r Rheoliadau hyn.
(3) Caiff y swyddog cyfrif benodi pobl i fod yn bresennol yn y gorsafoedd pleidleisio at y diben o ddarganfod cambersonadu (“arsylwyr pleidleisio”).
