Time
18. In calculating any period for the purposes of
(a)any provision of the LGA Referendum Rules; or
(b)regulation 4(1) of these Regulations,
the following days shall be disregarded —
(i)a Saturday or Sunday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Maundy Thursday, Good Friday or a day which is a bank holiday under the Banking and Financial Dealings Act 1971(1) in Wales, and
(ii)any day appointed as a day of public thanksgiving or mourning.
