Papurau pleidleisiau
9.—(1) Os y dataganiad a'r cwestiwn a ofynnir yn y refferendwm yw'r un a nodir ym mharagraff 1 o Ran I o Atodlen 1, yna bydd y tu blaen y papur pleidleisio a ddefnyddir yn y refferendwm ar Ffurf A a nodir yn Rhan II o'r Atodlen honno.
(2) Os y datganiad a'r cwestiwn a ofynnir yn y refferendwm yw'r un a nodir ym mharagraff 2 o Ran I o Atodlen 1, yna bydd y tu blaen y papur pleidleisio a ddefnyddir yn y refferendwm ar Ffurf B a nodir yn Rhan II o'r Atodlen honno.
(3) Os y datganiad a'r cwestiwn a ofynnir yn y refferendwm yw'r un a nodir ym mharagraff 3 o Ran I o Atodlen 1, yna bydd y tu blaen y papur pleidleisio a ddefnyddir yn y refferendwm ar Ffurf C a nodir yn Rhan II o'r Atodlen honno.
(4) Bydd y tu cefn i'r papurau pleidleisio a ddefnyddir yn unrhyw refferendwm ar y ffurf a nodir yn Rhan III o'r Atodlen honno.
(5) Bydd pob papur pleidleisio —
(a)yn bosib ei blygu;
(b)bydd rhif wedi ei argraffu ar y cefn; a
(c)bydd gwrthddalen ynghlwm wrth bob un a'r un rhif wedi ei argraffu arni.
