Taliadau o dan hysbysiadau galw am dalu

6.—(1) Os cyflwynir hysbysiad galw am dalu cyn neu yn ystod y cyfnod perthnasol ac ymddengys i'r awdurdod bilio perthnasol bod y person yn dod o dan y disgrifiad o berson sy'n atebol i dalu lefi'r AGB yn ôl yr hyn a bennir yn nhrefniadau'r AGB o ran y diwrnod y cyflwynir yr hysbysiad o ran yr hereditament y mae'n berthnasol iddo, bydd yr hysbysiad yn ei gwneud yn ofynnol i dalu swm sy'n cyfateb i amcangyfrif yr awdurdod bilio perthnasol o'r swm sy'n daladwy am y cyfnod.

(2) Wrth wneud amcangyfrif o dan is-baragraff (1), rhaid i'r awdurdod bilio perthnasol dybio, o ran y cyfnod ar ôl cyflwyno'r hysbysiad, y bydd y person yn parhau i ddod o dan y disgrifiad y cyfeirir ato yn is-baragraff (1).

(3) Os cyflwynir hysbysiad galw am dalu yn ystod y cyfnod perthnasol ond nad yw is-baragraff (1) yn berthnasol, bydd yr hysbysiad yn ei gwneud yn ofynnol i dalu swm sy'n cyfateb i'r swm sy'n daladwy am y cyfnod yn y cyfnod hyd at y diwrnod pan ddaeth y person ddiwethaf o dan y disgrifiad o berson sy'n atebol i dalu lefi'r AGB fel a bennir yn nhrefniadau'r AGB o ran yr hereditament dan sylw.

(4) Os, ar ôl cyflwyno hysbysiad y mae is-baragraff (3) yn berthnasol iddo, bydd y person yn dod eto o dan y disgrifiad o berson sy'n atebol i dalu lefi'r AGB yn ôl yr hyn a bennir yn nhrefniadau'r AGB am y cyfnod perthnasol o ran yr hereditament dan sylw, rhaid cyflwyno hysbysiad pellach sy'n ei gwneud yn ofynnol iddo dalu'r swm sy'n daladwy o ran yr hereditament am y cyfnod o fewn y cyfnod perthnasol gan ddechrau gyda'r diwrnod y daeth y person o dan y disgrifiad hwnnw eto.

(5) Pan fydd hysbysiad pellach yn cael ei gyflwyno o dan is-baragraff (4), bydd paragraffau 5 i 8 yn gymwys i'r hysbysiad pellach am y cyfnod y cyfeirir ato yn is-baragraff (4) fel pe bai'n hysbysiad galw am dalu ac na ddaeth y person yn flaenorol o dan y disgrifiad dywededig o fod yn atebol i dalu lefi'r AGB fel a nodir yn nhrefniadau'r AGB.

(6) Os cyflwynir hysbysiad galw am dalu ar ôl diwedd y cyfnod perthnasol, rhaid iddo alw am dalu'r swm sy'n daladwy am y cyfnod.
