Gweithdrefn disgyblu staff
24.—(1) Rhaid i'r person cofrestredig weithredu gweithdrefn ddisgyblu sydd, yn benodol —
(a)yn darparu ar gyfer gwahardd cyflogai dros dro pan fo angen er diogelwch neu les y personau y mae'r asiantaeth yn darparu gwasanaethau cymorth mabwysiadu iddynt;
(b)yn darparu bod y methiant ar ran cyflogai i hysbysu person priodol o ddigwyddiad cam-drin, neu ddigwyddiad lle'r amheuir bod plentyn wedi'i gam-drin yn sail ar gyfer cychwyn achos disgyblu.
(2) At ddibenion paragraff (1)(b), mae person priodol yn un o'r canlynol —
(a)y person cofrestredig;
(b)un o swyddogion yr awdurdod cofrestru;
(c)un o swyddogion yr heddlu;
(ch)un o swyddogion y Gymdeithas Genedlaethol er Atal Creulondeb i Blant; a
(d)un o swyddogion yr awdurdod lleol y mae'r asiantaeth wedi'i lleoli yn ei ardal.
