Hysbysu newidiadau
30.—(1) Rhaid i'r person cofrestredig hysbysu'r awdurdod cofrestru yn ysgrifenedig cyn gynted ag y bo'n ymarferol i wneud hynny os bydd unrhyw un o'r digwyddiadau canlynol yn digwydd neu y bwriedir iddynt ddigwydd —
(a)bod person heblaw'r darparydd cofrestredig yn rhedeg yr asiantaeth;
(b)bod person yn peidio â rheoli'r asiantaeth;
(c)bod enw neu gyfeiriad y darparydd cofrestredig wedi'i newid;
(ch)bod unrhyw newid o ran ymddiriedolwr, cyfarwyddwr, rheolwr, ysgrifennydd neu swyddog arall tebyg i'r darparydd cofrestredig;
(d)bod unrhyw newid i fod o ran pwy yw'r unigolyn cyfrifol;
(dd)bod derbynnydd, rheolwr, datodwr neu ddatodwr dros dro wedi'i benodi o ran y darparydd cofrestredig; neu
(e)bod yr asiantaeth yn bwriadu peidio â gweithredu neu fodoli fel y cyfryw.
(2) Rhaid i'r darparydd cofrestredig hysbysu'r awdurdod cofrestru yn ysgrifenedig ac yn ddi-oed o farwolaeth yr unigolyn cyfrifol neu'r rheolwr cofrestredig.
