Revocation and transitional provision10.
(1)
Subject to paragraph (2) the Street Works (Sharing of Costs of Works) Regulations 19924 (“the 1992 Regulations”) are revoked so far as they apply to Wales.
(2)
These Regulations apply where the formal notice of intention to proceed with major works pursuant to paragraph 5 of Appendix C to the Code is served on or after the date on which they come into force; and the 1992 Regulations continue to apply where such formal notice has been served before that date.
