Costau a ganiateir — darpariaethau pellach
6.—(1) Yn ddarostyngedig i baragraff (2), lle mae'r gweithfeydd pwysig yn weithfeydd pontydd pwysig neu'n cynnwys gweithfeydd pontydd pwysig, rhaid i'r costau a ganiateir gael eu cyfrifo fel nad yw'r ymgymerwr yn atebol am gostau mewn perthynas â darparu —
(a)lle digonol yn strwythur y bont; neu
(b)gryfder digonol yn y bont,
er mwyn gwneud lle am gyfarpar yr ymgymerwr yn y bont.
(2) Nid yw paragraff (1) yn gymwys i gostau —
(a)unrhyw ddwythellau, cilfachau peipiau, crogfachau neu ddarpariaeth arall ar gyfer cartrefu neu gynnal cyfarpar yr ymgymerwr o fewn strwythur y bont;
(b)darparu lle digonol neu gryfder digonol i wneud lle am gyfarpar a osodir yn y bont ar ôl gwneud gweithfeydd pwysig o'r fath heblaw gosod, disodli neu addasu (heb gynnwys ehangu) cyfarpar a osodid gynt yn y bont cyn i'r gweithfeydd hynny gael eu gwneud.
(3) Wrth gyfrifo costau ymgymerwr a ganiateir rhaid bod costau na chaniateir mohonynt mewn perthynas â chyfarpar a osodir yn y stryd ar ôl i'r awdurdod roi i'r ymgymerwr —
(a)yn achos gweithfeydd pwysig sef gweithfeydd pontydd pwysig sy'n cynnwys gosod pont newydd yn lle'r hen bont, hysbysiad o ddim mwy na 10 mlynedd,
(b)yn achos unrhyw weithfeydd pwysig eraill, hysbysiad o ddim mwy na 5 mlynedd,
am eu bwriad i wneud y gweithfeydd pwysig.
