In section 75 (as amended by the Hazardous Waste (England and Wales) Regulations 2005 M1—

(a)

in subsection (8A) for paragraph (b) substitute—

“(b)

in the application of this Part to Wales, means any waste which is a hazardous waste for the purposes of the Hazardous Waste (Wales) Regulations 2005.”;

(b)

subsection (8B) is omitted.
