The Waste and Emissions Trading Act 2003 M1 is amended as follows.

In section 25(2), for “for the purpose of Council Directive 91/689/EEC” substitute “ within the meaning of regulation 6 of the Hazardous Waste (Wales) Regulations 2005 ”.
