Ym mharagraff 9 o Atodlen 1, yn lle “hazardous waste (that is to say, waste to which Council Directive 91/689/EEC applies).” rhodder “hazardous waste as defined in regulation 6 of the Hazardous Waste (Wales) Regulations 2005.”.
