The National Assembly for Wales, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 51B of the Housing Act 1996(1), hereby makes the following Regulations:

1996 c. 52. Section 51B is inserted by section 228 of the Housing Act 2004 (c. 34). By S.I. 2005/1814 (W.144) (C.75) section 228 of the Housing Act 2004 comes into force on 14 July 2005.
